Spring Awakening { Lexington, Kentucky Fine Art Photographer}

One step taken outside in these lingering days of spring and instantaneously the fresh air embraces us with the beautiful songs of the birds and the wind. The world is yet keeping to its promise of its seasonal rebirth. And once again, we are gifted with the opportunity to stand face to face with new life and growth.

Often times, in the spirit of this season, we look to both our interior and exterior environments for opportunities of renewal. As you walk down your hallways or drift past your family portraits hanging on the walls, you may notice that their time for renewal has come as well. Photographs are easy to overlook after they have resided on a wall or shelf for a period of time, but by switching out photographs or maybe changing frames, you can bring memories to life yet again!

Through primrose tufts, in that sweet bower,
The periwinkle trailed its wreaths;
And 'tis my faith that every flower
Enjoys the air it breathes.
The birds around me hopped and played,
Their thoughts I cannot measure -
But the least motion which they made
It seemed a thrill of pleasure.
The budding twigs spread out their fan
To catch the breezy air;
And I must think, do all I can,
That there was pleasure there.
Much Love,
Aurelia
